There are two ways that you can pay for Karma Go, meaning two ways you can be charged.

If you have a Pulse account, you are charged each month for the option you choose. ($40, $75 or $140)

And, we also have an Auto Refill feature for Refuel. This lets you select a specific amount of data that automatically gets added to your account, should you run low.

Once you get a payment method saved to your account, you can set up Auto Refill in your dashboard.

We can’t, no. We can only issue a refund to the original form of payment you used when you placed your order.

If that card expired or has been cancelled, your new card will be credited with the refund. Banks should always reroute the refund on their end.

If you don’t have a new card, the bank will send the refund to the your bank account. Same goes for your credit card company.

Worst case, the bank won’t know what to do, and will send the refund back to us. At that point we’ll get a notification and contact you directly.

Of course you can.

Go ahead and use your credit card on as many accounts as you like. We won’t stop you.

Yes and yes. There’s an overview of all your receipts right in your dashboard.

You can save them, print them, buy a nice frame for them, give them to your bookkeeper.

We don’t offer monthly bills since you either add data on your own, or you pay monthly. Both are charged immeditealy and don’t require a bill. So all you’ll ever receive from us is an email receipt for any individual purchase.

Plus, we love trees.

Whenever you try to make a payment, we submit the charge to the bank for approval. Your bank then decides whether or not to accept this charge from us.

American Express is historically cautious when it comes to accepting purchases, so it happens more often with them.

You may also get a notification from American Express flagging your Karma purchase. You’ll want to allow the purchase to go through.

If you have a MasterCard or Visa on hand, you might want to try that instead. They’re a little less cautious.

First, double check if your payment information is correct. Sounds obvious, but it’s a mistake we all make.

Other common mistakes we have seen are:

  • Expired credit card
  • Insufficient funds on your card
  • Missing a required field
  • Browser autofill is entering info incorrectly

If a payment still gets refused, try a different browser or reach out to your credit card company directly.

If all else fails, let us know.

Bad news: we don’t take Monopoly money, old jewelry (unless it is the Heart of the Ocean), or Galleons.

With Refuel, you purely pay as you go. We’ll always remind you when you run low and you’re only charged when you actively make a purchase. Data never expires, either. No need to worry about overages or limits.

With Pulse, you choose how much data you want and what you would like to pay a month. 5GB for $40 10GB for $75 20GB for $140 If you need a little more during your payment cycle, you can either buy 1GB for $15 OR upgrade to the next option and pay the difference. You can start using that data immediately.
