Most cases, no. You won’t experience any changes in speed. Your Karma can handle up to 8 connections at a single time and you usually won’t notice much of a speed difference.

That said, if you have 7 other people connected to your Karma and they all decide to start watching Netflix, then yes, you will probably experience slower speeds.

If someone joins your Karma Go for the first time, you’ll get $1 in Karma credits every 30 days. These credits (and any others you get from our referral program) will be automatically applied towards your next month’s payment.

There’s no limit to how many personal devices you can connect to Karma Go over time. You can connect up to 8 devices at any given time to Karma. All at the same time.

Magic.

You can switch back and forth whenever you’d like.

Just remember that you do pay for a month of Pulse upfront. So, if you cancel your subscription, we’ll automatically switch you back onto Refuel right at the end of the period you’ve paid for.

It’s not a problem. Expiration dates, lost credit cards, that new chip technology. It’s hard to keep up with what accounts need updating and when.

We’ll keep an eye out and if it looks like your payment method needs some updating, we’ll send you an email so you can get it sorted.

If it’s not resolved by the time your next payment is due, we’ll pause your account. You can either fix it via the app, or when you login page the next time you log in to your Karma Go

Please submit a support ticket through our contact us button and a customer service representative will get you taken care of.

Hate to see you leave and if there is any feedback that you could offer we would greatly appreciate it.

You’ll be billed the same day (or the closest day to it) of the next month, as long as you are a Pulse user. If you activate your account on November 15th, you’ll be billed on the 15th of every month after that. There are some months with more days than others, so if you opt in on the 31st of a month and the next month only has 30 days, you’ll be billed on the 30th of that month.

You’ll be billed for your first month of Pulse as soon as you opt in. For new customers, that’s when you check out through our store and add Pulse to your order. Remember though, your subscription won’t start until you log in to your Karma Go for the first time. We want you to get the most out of your first month of course.

For current Neverstop users transitioning to Pulse, your Pulse subscription starts as soon as your current Neverstop billing cycle ends.

That’s an easy one. You can change your data option at any time, using our iOS or Android apps.

You can also make that change directly from the dashboard.

If you choose to upgrade, you’ll pay the difference between the plans and have immediate access to that remaining data. If you switch to a lower tier, you’ll go to you’ll go to that new tier when your billing cycle is up.

Easy. With Pulse, you choose how you want to pay and how much data you need. $9.99 for 1GB $39.99 for 5GB $74.99 for 10GB $99.99 for 20GB $149.99 for 25GB (limited time 50GB)

If you need a little more data in a month, you can buy a GB for $15. You’ll get any unused overage data back as a credit on your next bill.

If this is your normal usage pattern, you’ll probably want to upgrade to the next tier. You can pay the difference immediately, and you’ll now be able to use the higher amount this month. Your billing cycle remains unchanged..
